With a background in running and advising technology companies, Larry joined Carrier iQ from Mohr Davidow Ventures where he worked closely with entrepreneurs, research institutions and investors in information technology. Lenhart has more than 18 years of leadership experience in growing and managing technology and service-based businesses with a specific expertise in software, internet services and infrastructure technology.
Prior to Mohr Davidow, Larry was the CEO for a number of technology companies resulting in successful acquisition exits and an IPO. Before his CEO experience, Larry was a managing partner at Deloitte Consulting and at AT Kearny, where he provided strategic and operational expertise across the globe with his clients at EDS, AT&T, New Jersey Bell, E-Trade, Novell, Federal Express, GM, Saudi Aramco, Bank of South Africa, and DuPont, among others.
Larry is on the Board of Trustees for Emory and Henry College, where he was a Garnand Scholar. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business and computer science from Emory & Henry and received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at The University of Virginia. Lenhart competes in endurance events including multiple Ironman World Championships and Boston Marathons.
Vice President of Engineering
Bruce brings years of industry-leading management and technical expertise within mobile telecoms to Carrier iQ.
As Vice President of Product Solutions for Open Harbor, he developed and deployed a Customs Clearance system in 60 countries for DHL, the company’s key customer. At Convey Software he served as Vice President of Product Development where he successfully transformed an internal large-scale globalization technology solution to an enterprise software product. As Vice President of Engineering at AllAdvantage.com, he was a member of the founding Executive Leadership team and was responsible for technical direction and oversight.
Bruce earned a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Magnolia (Maggie) Mobley
General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer
Maggie is responsible for legal, compliance and public policy matters. She also directs the company’s data protection strategy and practices.
She has over a decade of extensive experience in the telecommunications and information security fields. Maggie joined CiQ from Verizon where she spearheaded legal privacy compliance, global information use practices and enterprise level data protection mandates. She is a recognized expert and frequent speaker on all aspects of security and privacy laws and business practices. Her private practice experience includes representing clients on regulatory matters, civil litigation and commercial transactions.
Maggie holds a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from George Mason University. She is a member of the bar in the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Vice President of Sales, EMEA
As Vice President of Sales, EMEA, Guy is driving business development and sales activities with mobile network operators across the Europe, Middle-East, and Africa regions.
Guy is a seasoned executive within the telecoms industry who has lived and worked in the USA, Asia, and EMEA, principally selling to carriers and mobile network operators globally. Guy has repeatedly demonstrated a unique ability to develop, manage, and ulitmately drive sales of leading edge technology solutions into new markets by having a very clear and precise appreciation of customer challenges and longer term solution needs. Prior to joining Carrier iQ, Guy spent six years as Vice President EMEA for PeerApp Ltd, developing the region from a standing start to becoming the most successful region over the last 3 years. Before this, Guy successfully developed sales teams as VP EMEA at Ciena, and as Managing Director of Infonet UK.
When not on a plane, Guy’s passion is sports-oriented with a particular focus on golf, squash, and skeet clay pigeon shooting.
Vice President, Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development John leads the development of the Carrier iQ partner ecosystem to leverage Carrier iQ’s mobile intelligence platform.
John has over 25 years’ experience leading the development and growth of global sales channels, partner ecosystems, and operations for global technology companies. Most recently, John served as Senior Director of Alliances and Eco-system Partner Business Development at Wind River, where he drove the partner evaluation, acquisition, and ramp-up process for the M2M, Analytics, Mobile Intelligence, and Security segments. Prior to that, John held various VP and Director-level jobs in partner management, strategic alliances, and business development at Salient Corporation, Vanteon Corporation, iGate Capital – Mascot Systems, The Sutherland Group, and Keane Consulting.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Methods from Rennsselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Dr. Suraj Gerard Sivaprasad (H.C.)
Vice President, Asia Pacific
As Vice President for Asia Pacific, Dr. Suraj Gerard Sivaprasad is responsible for business development and sales activities to grow Carrier iQ’s solutions to operators across the APAC Region.
Dr. Suraj has had an illustrious career for over 20 years, with more than 15 years in the telecommunications industry. He has held various Senior Management positions in the telecommunications field; most of it spent establishing and growing leading telecommunication companies from the UK and the US to expand their unique technology solutions in various markets across the Asia Pacific Region. Dr. Suraj also spent time working with the Operator Maxis Communications as Head of Commercial Partnerships, Consumer Business Division. He is well known and respected by his peers and leaders in the telecommunications industry around the APAC Region.
Dr. Suraj earned a Bachelor of Economics (Soc. Sc.) Degree from James Cook University in Queensland, Australia and is pursuing an MBA Degree. Dr. Suraj was recently honoured by being awarded an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) by the Malaysian Academic Doctors Association (ASDOM) for his contributions to the nation in the field of Telecommunications.
Dr. Suraj is a keen Martial Artist and is an Instructor in the art of Silat (Perisai Diri) as well as holds a Black Belt (1st Degree) in Okinawa Style Karate (Goju Ryu). His other sporting passions are squash and swimming.
Vice President, North American Sales
As Vice President of North American Sales, Dan is responsible for growing the company’s market position by delivering carrier-grade solutions to North American operators.
With 15+ years experience in the telecom industry, Dan most recently held senior level positions at AT&T Wireless and was a recipient of the Circle of Excellence award for helping to launch the first Blackberry device at AT&T. Prior to AT&T, Dan led a sales team at PacketVideo selling software to North American and European operators, device vendors, and chipset manufacturers with a consistent record of over achievement. Before PacketVideo, Dan was in a sales leadership role a Motorola and was the highest quota achiever in his division. He has consistently exceeded sales quotas and received top sellinf awards in positions selling into the enterprise and telecom markets.
Dan enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and snow boarding.
Vice President, Marketing and Products
Michael joined Carrier iQ in August 2014 as Vice President of Marketing and Products, responsible for Carrier iQ’s product management, go-to-market strategy, demand generation, branding, positioning, and communications.
For over 25 years in the information technology and communications industries Michael has been a leader in bringing game-changing technology products and services to market. Prior to joining Carrier iQ, Michael was CEO at Bamboo Solutions, a collaboration software company, and CSO at Edge Communications, a provider of voice, data and IT infrastructure solutions. He was founder and managing director at The Chasm Group, LLC, one of Silicon Valley’s leading market strategy consultancies, where for over a decade he led strategic and go-to-market advisory projects for over 100 client companies ranging from HP, IBM, Computer Associates, Agilent, General Electric, to scores of early and growth stage ventures. He has served as a board member for five technology businesses ranging from start-up to over $100M in sales, and has served as a guest lecturer at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, Santa Clara University and the Kauffman Foundation on topics of market adoption and technology market strategy. Michael’s early career included roles in sales, product management, marketing and business development at Schlumberger, Autodesk, and two successful engineering automation software companies.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Rivier College.
